What we collect, and what happens to it.
This site exists to receive an introduction. There are no accounts, dashboards, payment flows or public investment functions — so the only information we hold about a visitor is what they choose to send us.
What is collected
Your name, email address, country or jurisdiction, how you found KJWM, your written introduction and objective, and your acknowledgement of this notice. Standard request metadata is processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site.
Why it is collected
To assess capacity and fit, to reply to you directly, and to keep an ordinary record of correspondence. Nothing is used for marketing, added to a mailing list, sold or rented.
Where it is stored
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed Postgres database behind access controls. The site is served on Cloudflare edge infrastructure, typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and replies are sent from the firm email address. These providers operate internationally, so processing may occur outside your country.
Who reads it
Each introduction is read personally by KJWM. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to assess and respond.
What not to send
Please do not send bank details, passwords, identification documents or financial account information through this form. Where verification is required, it is arranged separately through a private channel.
How long it is kept
Retained only while relevant to a potential or existing relationship, or where record-keeping or legal obligations apply. Records that are no longer relevant are deleted.
Your control
Write to the address below to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Written requests are answered directly.
