Corporate status

KJWM operates through an active UAE free-zone company registered in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holding a commercial trade licence. That licence does not authorise regulated financial services activity. Corporate registration, licensing and permitted-activity documentation are provided privately to eligible counterparties during mutual due diligence and before any formal agreement.

KJWM is not a regulated investment manager, bank, broker, custodian, public fund, registered investment adviser or financial institution, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim to any such status. Jebel Ali Free Zone is a commercial free zone and is not a financial regulator.

Website purpose

This website is a corporate introduction and consideration channel only. It does not accept deposits, execute transactions or create a client relationship. No mandate or other capital relationship exists unless and until eligibility has been established, the proposed structure has passed applicable legal and regulatory review, mutual due diligence has been completed and formal documentation has been signed.

No public offering

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, financial instrument or investment product, in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful or where KJWM is not permitted to act. No capital, funding or transfer is requested or accepted through this website.

Private due diligence

Corporate registration, licensing and permitted-activity documentation, together with relevant reporting and risk records, are provided privately to eligible counterparties during mutual due diligence and under confidentiality. Due diligence runs in both directions and either party may decline to proceed at any point.
