Information collected

The introduction form collects your full name, email address, country or jurisdiction, an optional company or organisation, your area of interest, an optional indicative capital range, referral source, your written introduction and objective, and your acknowledgement of this notice. Basic technical information necessary to serve and secure the website is processed by our hosting provider.

Why it is collected

To assess whether there is capacity and a genuine fit, to reply to you, and to keep a record of correspondence. Submitting an introduction does not guarantee consideration or acceptance. You are not added to any mailing list, and your information is not sold or rented.

What not to send

Do not submit bank details, passwords, identification documents, financial account information or other sensitive material through this public form. Where verification is required, it is arranged separately through an appropriate private channel.

How enquiries are reviewed

Each introduction is read personally by KJWM. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to assess and respond.

Providers and processing location

The website is hosted and served on the Lovable platform (Cloudflare edge infrastructure). Introductions submitted through the form are transmitted to our backend and stored in a managed Supabase Postgres database. Replies are sent from our own email account at the address above. Web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the request metadata needed to serve them. Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed on servers outside your country, including outside the United Arab Emirates.

Retention and deletion

Introductions are retained only while they remain relevant to a potential or existing relationship, or where retention is required for legitimate record-keeping or legal reasons. Records that are no longer relevant are deleted.

Access, correction and deletion requests

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to connect@connectkjwm.com. We answer written requests directly.

Security limitations

The form is submitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please send only what is necessary for an initial introduction.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Only strictly necessary storage is used, including a local record of your cookie choice. You can review categories and change or withdraw consent on our cookie preferences page.
